The new and used FANUC M-710iT is a member of the Toploader family. These overhead, rail-mounted robots allow for increased flexibility in plant configuration while freeing up valuable floorspace. The M-710iT robot is aimed at the market for medium to heavy material handling challenges, with a 70 kg payload capacity and a reach of 1,900 mm.
The M710iT robot is targeted at larger metal cutting applications such as powertrain machining operations, tending of larger plastic injection molding machines and die casting extraction operations. It can also be used for routering and large part/long distance part transfer for parts such as automotive glass and sheet metal stampings. It allows manufacturers to increase productivity by dramatically improving machine utilization up to 90 percent or greater.
