Specifications:
The later version of the ABB IRB 1400 robot offers a compact, fast, and versatile design, mainly used for welding, gluing, and light pick-and-place tasks. Known for its reliability and efficiency, this robot has earned a strong reputation worldwide, with hundreds of successful installations. Its well-balanced and durable arm design has remained virtually unchanged for over a decade, proving the excellence of its original engineering. We specialize in delivering high-quality used robotic welding cells to meet diverse production needs.
The S4C controller family is significantly smaller than its predecessor (Traditional System) and is widely recognized for its reliability and robust software performance. With simple I/O cards, the S4C provides excellent technological support for welding applications, including TIG and MIG. Operators can install it with welding programs that offer precise control of weave, seam tracking, current, gas, water, and wire feed. Thanks to the ABB RAPID programming language, users can program the IRB 1400 easily and intuitively. Our used robotic welding cells come as complete systems in a flexible and modular standard package, ready to enhance your manufacturing processes.
