Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Design Manager to lead our design team and drive innovative solutions in Industrial Automation & Robotics.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical design, automation systems, robotics, SPMs, fixtures and related engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the design team.
- Handle concept-to-detailed design.
- Perform cycle time calculations.
- Design systems and perform engineering calculations.
- Ensure safety measures and compliance.
- Handle design validation and manufacturing support.
- Take ownership of projects from design through execution.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Mechanical design & engineering calculations.
- Cycle time optimization.
- Robotic cell design and integration.
- Fixture and tooling design.
- Pneumatic / hydraulic systems.
- Machine safety & risk assessment.
- Project coordination and team leadership.
Required Experience
8 – 12 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics and related engineering domains.
